A Salvadoran doctor accused of a sex crime has been arrested and charged with a second count of sexual battery.
Jose Hernandez, 60, was arrested Monday night, after a second victim came forward. She claimed Hernandez touched her inappropriately when she visited him for back pain two years ago.

Police said the original victim went to see Hernandez in August 2010 for treatment of stomach pain and fertility issues. The victim told police that Hernandez told her to undress and touched her in an unwanted fashion.
When police arrested Hernandez at his Murfreesboro Pike home in May, they found large quantities of apparent herbal medication, ledgers with names and dollar amounts, books on massage therapy, business cards, and a video surveillance system.
Detectives ask that any other citizens who may have been sexually assaulted or inappropriately touched by Hernandez to contact the police department’s Sex Crimes Unit at 862-7540.
